All direct bookings require a signed copy of this Rental Agreement and ID verification before check-in instructions are released. You’ll receive the link by email after booking.

What’s In The Agreement

• Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:30 AM.
• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay.
• A $500 refundable security deposit is collected 2 days before check-in, separate from the cleaning fee paid at booking.
• Dogs only, maximum 2, with prior approval. Pet fee: $75 per dog per stay.
• Life jackets must be worn at all times while on the water; children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the water and on the dock.
• No smoking or vaping of any kind, inside the home or on the decks.
• Guest assumes all risk associated with water activities, the dock, and recreational equipment.
